Created web based applications and front-facing sites in a LAMP environment. My responsibilities included hand-coding pixel perfect layouts from design to standards compliant web sites with XHTML and CSS, server-side application development using PHP with the Kohana and CodeIgniter frameworks, UI/UX development utilizing the jQuery and MooTools libraries, and using source code management tools including Git and SVN.

Major projects: CalTran AMTRAK California, ESPN Mobile SuperBowl Detroit, Dinuba Chamber of Commerce, Food City, El Paso Coliseum, Ft. Leonard Wood, and various DoD installations.

Owned and operated retail computer hardware and networking center in West Hills Mall, Huntsville, Texas. ComPro specialized in producing, servicing, and networking custom computer systems for business and personal use.

Site Name: Big Ass Fans

Big Ass Fan Co. is the preeminent designer and manufacturer of high volume/low speed (HVLS) ceiling and vertical fans designed to improve facility and worker comfort in large commercial, industrial, agricultural and institutional buildings worldwide.

I assumed the role of lead developer for this project, using large portions of their previous CMS as a base, and converted the client's design into the site you see. This site was written using the CodeIgniter MVC framework and contains plenty of jQuery flavored javascript. I estimate that I wrote over 95% of the code for this site, excluding CMS.
