Forming Q4 2026

KEY Executive Group — San Antonio

For the senior executive who carries the weight of the organization without holding the final seat — and who is ready to lead at a higher level.

Forming Q4 2026. Add your name now to be among the first considered when the group launches.

Who It’s For

For the executive the CEO counts on most.

You are not the CEO. But the organization runs on your decisions. You carry accountability for outcomes you do not fully control, navigate competing priorities from every direction, and operate at a level most people around you do not fully appreciate. This group is forming for senior executives at exactly that level — COOs, CFOs, VPs, and directors who want to sharpen execution, build influence, and operate at the top of their capacity.

  • C-suite or senior executive: COO, CFO, VP, General Manager, Senior Director, or equivalent
  • Operating inside a company with significant revenue and organizational complexity
  • Accountable for major outcomes without sitting in the final decision seat
  • Ready to be challenged by peers at the same level from non-competing organizations
  • Preparing for succession, a larger role, or simply committed to operating at the top of your current one
  • Based in San Antonio or the surrounding metro area

FAQ

Questions we hear most.

When does this group start?
Q4 2026. Interest list is open now. Expressions of interest now carry weight when the group forms.
How is this different from the CEO group?
The CEO group is for the person in the final seat. The KEY group is for the senior executives one level below — COOs, CFOs, and VPs who carry enormous accountability and want to operate at the very top of their capacity. Different role. Different program. Different conversations.
Do I need my CEO’s approval to join?
That depends on your situation. Many KEY group members join with their CEO’s full support — some CEOs actively sponsor their executives’ membership. Jason can help you think through how to approach the conversation.
What does membership cost?
Covered during the initial call. KEY group membership is priced differently from CEO membership.
