The Model

A confidential peer group for the people making the hardest decisions.

Vistage is a peer advisory organization. Members are CEOs, business owners, and senior executives who meet monthly in small, confidential groups to work through their most pressing issues with people who understand what it is like to be in their seat.

Each group is facilitated by a Vistage Chair – an experienced executive who has held significant leadership roles and who provides one-on-one coaching between meetings. Jason Straughan is the Chair for multiple groups in San Antonio and New Braunfels.

It is not a networking group. It is not a mastermind. It is not a training program. It is the room where the decisions that shape your business get serious, experienced, unconflicted attention.

Common Questions

What people ask before they book a call.

Is Vistage only for large companies?

No. Most San Antonio members run businesses between $5M and $100M in revenue. The common thread is that the person at the top is making consequential decisions and wants experienced perspective while making them.

How is Vistage different from EO, YPO, or TAB?

Vistage includes a trained Chair who facilitates every meeting and provides monthly one-on-one coaching. The structure is built around accountability and decision-making, not networking or social connection. The 2.2x growth data is unique to Vistage.

What is the time commitment?

One full-day or half-day group meeting per month plus one private coaching session with the Chair. Members consistently say it is the highest-value time on their calendar.

What does Vistage membership cost?

Membership is an annual investment that varies by program. Jason covers specifics during the initial call. Most members consider it one of their highest-ROI business expenses.
